Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Bubble Lights (due to their glass components and liquid contents)
  • Berries and other natural material decorations
  • Animal (Patterned) items
  • Any opened or used electrical items (including C5, C6, C7 lights)

These exceptions help us maintain the highest quality standards for all our customers.

Return Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.
