We ship our festive decorations worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your holiday treasures.

- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Cost: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Return & Exchange Timeframe:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Bubble Lights (due to fragile glass components and liquid contents)
- Berries and other natural material decorations
- Animal (Patterned) items
- Any opened or used electrical items (including C5, C6, and C7 lights)

- Receive Authorization: We will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions within 2 business days. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
