• Specialty items (Bubble Lights, Berries, Animal Patterned decorations)
• Decorations in various colors (Black, Blue, Brown collections)

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

2.2 Product Limitations

Due to their delicate nature, some products have special handling requirements:

• Bubble Lights contain fragile glass components and liquid contents
• Berries and other natural material decorations require careful handling
• Animal (Patterned) items may have specific care instructions

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, errors in product information, or issues identified by our fraud avoidance systems.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you during checkout.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the order. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Bubble Lights (due to fragile glass components and liquid contents)
• Berries and other natural material decorations
• Animal (Patterned) items
• Any opened or used electrical items (including C5, C6, and C7 lights)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email our customer service at [email protected] within the 15-day window
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions
3. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.5 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Philips Xmas Sales or our suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
